It’s always very clean and tidy. I also appreciate the drinks in the mini fridge and the kettle. Stayed here a few time and have had new issues.
The night I stayed I was in room 104 and it being a Saturday night it was above the bar so loud enough to hear until after 11. Also the air on was tapping very loud so had to turn it off. Will still stay again

Location near to venue we attended & onsite parking. Although short staffed the one present were excellent albeit a bit like faulty towers same guy doing lots of the jobs (well I may add)
Fridge not working so contents not chilled & window broken had to wedge something to hold it open & a pane was broken & glued. No extraction in bathroom

Close to the centre
Lift out of order and we are in our 70s and on the second floor. Not acceptable
