Value for money

Venue was in town, close to everything. Food was good and bed was comfortable

Bathroom was a bit grotty.

Central Ballina location, providing a simple room that met my overnight stay needs.

Great location in Ballina with easy access to town services. Room was comfortable enough and certainly great value for money. Restaurant at the hotel, provided a good meal.

Rooms are above the bar, so there is a little night noise. This is to be expected though!

impressionable but for the wrong reasons

The bed was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were polite and responded to my questions well. The location.

Basin in room was not clean; note area around the plug hole. The mirror on the wall above the basin was too small and set too high. The communal bathroom was in need of refurbishment and the allowance of hot water ran out for all people staying in the hotel to have a shower. Other people slamming the door to their room to get it to close. A male travelling from the communal bathroom to his room wearing only a towel. Workmen on site very early in the morning as they were very noisy. No bedside light provided. No microwave provided. The floor in my room had not been vacuumed as there was a small amount of rubbish next to the bed on the floor. Having to carry luggage up an outside flight of stairs with no offer of assistance being given. As a female, having to enter through the beer garden not reception. I felt immediately uncomfortable due to the 3 men at the pool table focusing their gaze on me as I walked towards the bar to register my arrival.

Good value for money, a bit noisy

Comfortable beds, bathroom very clean, sink in the room, early check in, fridge and climate, close to the river, supermarket and restaurants.

Room had some dirt on the floor and in the sink. No soap in the bathroom. Very noisy too early in the morning due to cleaning and constructions work. Wifi didn't work.

rang at last minute and told me the hotel was close and to book somewhere else found a place nearby but was more expensive had no choice but to as coming from SA and had medical appointments.

BEST Parmigiana you will ever eat! Super friendly place to stay.

Great for one night. Bed was really comfy queensize. Had air con so was great for a humid night. The staff were absolutely amazing. Eddy checked us into our room and was friendly and super helpful as well as being a great bartender. Mark the chef made the BEST Chicken Parmi and biggest I have ever eaten. Food was spectacular 😋 also great to see a skate ramp in the beer garden with people enjoying and a pool table fir a few games.

Only a few small things no teaspoon to stir a coffee and 2 out of three toilets had no toilet paper so you had to make sure you checked. I put some into other toilets several times so people didn't get stuck.

Located spy camera in the air-conditioner in my room, loud arguments in managers office that was next to my room. Tried knocking on door, but they would not answer. Window seal was broken so window could not be shut properly or locked so anyone could access the room, felt very unsafe ended up having to leave at 2am both photos I've attached are regarding spy camera in air conditioning inside my room

Staff were incredible!! Very friendly, great attitude and accommodating (pardon the pun 😁) Eager to make sure my stay was a great experience, and very welcoming!! 💯

The shower temperature was intermittent while on full hot,.. and was a bit hard getting in and out of the toilet cubicles... But it really didn't effect my experience at all. Very happy and am looking forward to staying again next time I'm in Ballina 👍
