I usually really don’t give 10/10, but I loved my stay. Staff was super friendly and attentive, even before I arrived helping me organise my day trips. It’s a cozy and quiet little spot perfect for relaxing while still being within walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Ubud. Everything was very clean and I adored the “open air” concept of my room

Everything! The staff were wonderful, the ambience so peaceful, quiet and beautiful, the breakfasts and other meals were very good and we loved being there.

The rooms had mosquito net and they were clean and bedding was very comfortable. They had available international adaptor, super convenient for visitors. Lovely greenery around. Staff were very friendly. Quite close to the center. Pancakes were amazing.
The entrance pathway to the villas has gaps in between tiles so not possible to drag suitcases. Not wheelchair friendly.

Staff were delightful, always available to provide delicious breakfasts and snacks, clean the room twice daily and offer a lift to and from the centre of town. Our room was bright and comfortable, with an excellent bed and aircon. On our last day, we were invited to join a ceremony to bless the property (and everyone in it), which was a highlight.
Not the fault of Kano Sari, but traffic between there and central Ubud was horrendous at most hours of the day. Broken narrow footpaths and motorbikes everywhere made it difficult to walk into town, as one of us had restricted mobility. One other thing - power points in the room could be better placed.
