Great location.
Excellent value for money.
Photos are good representations of the rooms. Clean, warm, tidy.
I stayed over a weekend, directly above the ‘rooftop bar’ and opposite the toilets. Was really pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t noisy. At night, you could hear the pub below but it wasn’t loud. By 12.15am, silence.
The only noise was traffic in the morning. I’m a night owl anyway so the noise didn’t bother me at all. Rooms are 2 floors up from the pub itself, so there would be other rooms that would be even quieter.
Bathrooms and toilets were clean, and they were cleaning products there anyway if you wanted to clean them further. Sukin products in showers. Just pack thongs to wear and you’re set.
Thai food in the bar was excellent.
Nothing I didn’t like, but to note:
- rooms are up 2 flights of stairs. Pack accordingly.
- check in at the bar. Don’t be a loser like me and walk past the patrons with your bags to the sign that says ‘accommodation’, trying like heck to get the door open 🤣🫣
- in your room there’s a sign that says the door will lock behind you when you leave. Mine only did that if the lock was snibbed! So make sure it’s locked when you go out.

In great proximity to the St Vincent’s hospital and restaurant and cafes. Quite a few stairs to get to room and only shared bathroom facilities. However very comfortable rooms, all rooms and amenities are very clean. It was last minute booking and staff were very accomodating. We ended up staying two nights. Would stay here again.
