Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser perfekt gelegenen Wohnung. In 800 m erreicht man den Strand Plaja del Somorrostos (vom Balkon aus sieht man bereits das Meer). Mit dem Bus, der fast vor der Haustür abfährt, ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, auch die U-Bahnstation Ciutadella Olimpica ist schnell erreicht und der Haltepunkt Nr. 3 des Hop on hop off Buses liegt wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Man kann die Wohnung völlig unkompliziert über die App akiles (oder auch über Browser) öffnen und benötigt keinen Schlüssel. Der Zugangslink wurde um 15 Uhr des Anreisetages zugesandt. Der Kundenservice war hervorragend, immer erreichbar, sehr freundliche und bemüht. Sehr angenehm war auch die Zwischenreinigung. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den gezeigten Bildern, der Pool liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, war nie stark besucht und hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Für den Zutritt werden Armbänder im Apartment hinterlegt (25€ Pfand pro Stück). Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut und wir konnten in den bequemen Betten gut schlafen. Eine große Empfehlung für dieses Apartment!
Man hört in der Wohnung den Aufzug, das hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört.

The description and the pictures of the apartment is very authentic!!! The staff of EnjoyBCN is very engaged. One can chat with them if necessary until late in the night.
The apartment is situated in the upper 8th floor overlooking a part of Barcelona and to the sea. It is very quiet. An additional bonus is the court yard swimming pool.
One can reach the center or traffic chance points or the Bogatell Beach fast with Bus H16, others with Metro L4. Therefore buy T-Usual tickets for public traffic at ticket machine!
One advice: The apartment can only opened with a code resp. via a link. We advice you to have a smart phone with you.
The review explicitly refers to the apartment itself. We had booked breakfast, which was more like a takeaway meal. There's a Sarli and LIDL supermarket within walking distance, open until 9 PM (LIDL is open until 7 PM on Sundays).

L’emplacement est dans un quartier calme, étudiant, avec beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours et de transports en commun.
L’équipe est très dispo pour répondre à toutes nos questions.
L’appartement est un peu vieillot et beaucoup de petits détails dévaluent le niveau de standing de l’appartement (qualité des matériaux etc). Les ascenseurs sont très bruyants (on les entend de l’intérieur de l’appartement toute la journée) et gros bémol sur le fait qu’il faille aller récupérer les clés dans un autre endroit de Barcelone !
Nous avions réservé un parking à 30 eur jour mais la clé pour remonter du parking à l’appartement par l’ascenseur était manquante il nous fallait donc sortir par l’extérieur pour remonter nos bagages de la voiture à l’appartement. Au prix de 30 eur la nuit on s’attend à pouvoir remonter ses bagages avec l’ascenseur !
