Right in the middle of Borne and perfectly located but great restaurants, Aldi and by a large train station where you could always get a taxi.
Would have been nice to have a dishwasher and a washing machine for the cloths but there is a laundry matte super close by.

You cannot lower the air conditioner it was very hot in the apartment difficult to sleep.

We enjoyed the location, close walking distance to the quieter area in Born.
The apartment looks tired, we did not like the size of the bathroom, very small and no where to put things. When we shower, water went everywhere onto the floor and it is clearly seen as the timber floor had lifted. We told Management and they are aware of it. If so, it should not be used until the problem is fixed, wet floors will further destroy the apartment floors. With that much room in the apartment, the bathroom should have been made with more space, also room to put clean clothes. I had to go back to the bedroom to get dressed, not ideal. We also find the apartment looks nice on the website but when we got there, it is quite tired looking.
