The elegantly decorated and spacious 130 sq. sea front apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona next to the famous Miguel Cervantes Building. The balcony is overlooking the port and the “Barceloneta”. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and is equipped with Air Conditioning with heating and high speed Internet. There is a big flat screen TV with international channels. The main area with very high ceilings and wooden beams is divided in two spaces. One is the living room , the other one is the dining area with kitchen. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. BEDROOM 1 (EN SUITE) . Don’t let the awkward entrance and elevator put you off. The place is great. Spacious, clean and walkable to many excellent restaurants and attractions.

A very comfortable and well located property. Importantly it is quiet. Also on the promenade and the Gothic quarter. We stayed a week and only used a cab for Park Guell and the Sagrada Familia.
We would be very happy to stay there again.

This property is located in one of the best locations of Barcelona. It’s clean and spacious. Has many amenities such as wifi, a/c, laundry, balconies and international TV. Does not have a parking facility.
Owner and manager were extremely responsive to questions and easy to work with. Happy with the rental.

This property is as nice as advertised. The location is great. We would stay here again. Air conditioning in small bedroom worked really good. Air conditioning in main area did not keep the place cool.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. It is on a busy street, close to everything but the apartment itself is very quiet. The host communicated with us through the entire process and after our plane was delayed, he made sure a representative was available to meet us right away. The apartment is large and perfect for 2 couples as the position of the bedrooms gives everyone their own space. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment in Barcelona was wonderful. The location can't be beat. It is walking distance to many of the sites and neighborhoods you will want to visit while in Barcelona. The apartment is next to the Gothic and Born districts with amazing shopping, restaurants and bars. The check in process is easy and smooth. George was very helpful with giving important instructions about the apartment and gave us many tips and recommendations on what to see and do while in Barcelona. The apartment is very clean and spacious with 2 beautiful balconies and everything you need to be comfortable while on vacation. The air conditioning worked great which was important because Barcelona was exceptionally hot while we were there. The store right under the apartment was very convenient to pick up snacks and drinks. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Barcelona.

Check in was easy, the owner and an assistant were both avail to answer any questions at all times. Both super friendly. They checked on us on VRBO inbox daily to see if we needed anything! They had a bottle of Cava for us when we arrived. The location was central to cafe, restaurants, shopping areas, cruise ship entry. Clean, fully stocked. Had a dishwasher and laundry machine in apartment. The apartment has and elevator which was helpful! Loved this apartment and would stay again and recommend.

Impressively spacious and well-equipped home. Prime location but very quiet at night for a full night’s uninterrupted rest. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. Check-in process was very easy. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better apartment in Barcelona. Everything about this spot was perfect — location, amenities, ease of communication with property manager, accommodation of travel schedules, easy access to transportation, etc. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona!

We loved our stay here! The apartment is perfectly located for great access by foot to the old city of Barcelona, to the marina/Barceloneta and Las Ramblas. A grocery store and restaurants are located directly in front of the apartment. We parked our rental car in the parking lot across the street which was also easy to get to. Manuel and George were fantastic hosts, available to answer all our questions. The apartment is very comfortable - great living space, very comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning! Thank you Manuel for all your assistance. Would definitely stay here again.

Our 4 night stay for 2 couples went without a hitch. A comfortable apartment with all the amenities we needed. It is in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere, including Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, the beach and Estacion Norde. Communication was excellent. We would recommend for a stay in Barcelona.

This apartment is wonderful in all respects. My husband and I stayed with our college aged son. Having 2 baths made it so easy for us to get up and out. The location is fantastic with so many things within walking distance and a metro station not far either. The Gothic Quarter is full of interesting restaurants and shops. Recommendations for tapas and drinks were outstanding, we tried several! Also very easy to get a cab if needed for something a little further when time might be important. If ever back in Barcelona, we would definitely stay again!

This is a very well appointed, clean, rustic/modern, flat in a really awesome location…with a lift! It was just my wife and I and didn’t use one of the bedrooms at all, but would be perfect for a family as well. Great restaurants and attractions like Picasso Museum, MOCA, La Boqueria, La Rambla, and the charm of gothic quarter/el born is just steps from the front door. There is a supermercado literally on the bottom floor. Great jogging trails in Barceloneta across the street. Easy drop off/pick up from cabs, especially with luggage. Anastasia who checked us in is down to earth and gave us great restraurant recs! The owners are great communicators as well. We fell in love with Barcelona and would definitely stay here again!

The property is very nicely located on the edge of the Gothic Quarter and seaport area (with better restaurants). Overall, the place was very clean and HUGE. It had basic amenities included. The property manager(s) were exceedingly responsive at all hours.

This property is really big and beautiful! The rooms were nice & dark with black out curtains, which really helped with the jet lag. The best feature is definitely the location -- right on the edge of the gothic quarter so we were able to walk everywhere easily, including to the Sagrada Familia. Taxis stop right out front so there is always one available if you need it. I would definitely recommend staying here & would 100% stay here again!

We loved our stay at the apartment in Passeo Colon. It was only a short, 5 -15 minute walk to tourist destinations in the Gothic Quarter as well as excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. Manu and his local helpers were very easy to contact and happy to assist with logistics, like letting us drop off our luggage early and identifying a car rental facility nearby. We loved staying there and highly recommend it to anyone!

Comenzamos por este punto tan especial de Barcelona con la familia y escoger el lugar de Manolo fue muy acertado. Estaba muy bien decorado, limpio y cómodo. La localización en el área histórica fue clave y la gran cantidad de opciones gastronómicas ideal. Gracias a Anastasia q nos atendió en todo momento y fue muy dulce con nosotros. Realmente la pasamos muy bien y he sido un buen comienzo de nuestro viaje de verano.

Great apartment in excellent location
Our 7th trip to BCN and we have rented apartments everytime. This one is our new favorite. Location and space are exceptional. We are family traveling with 2 teens. Convenient to walk to everything. Beds separate for sleeping for the kids and the second bathroom is great. Deck off the den is excellent for a glass of wine and people watching. Apartment is in excellent condition and unlike others we have rented, has great AC in all rooms.

Spacious and great location
Apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. Walked to many places and taxis are plentiful at the front when needed. A bonus was the Maritime Museum which was a short walk along the front. So many great restaurants and little cafes to choose from. Highly recommend this property.

Great property in a perfect location
We are a group of 6 recent college grads traveling around Europe and decided to spend 3 days in Barcelona. Unfortunately our flight was delayed, but the property manager was extremely flexible with our arrival and letting us in to the property. The property itself was very clean and spacious and had a balcony where we were able to watch the King's Day parade. It also was a perfect location from local restaurants and bars, the metro, and the bay. Would definitely stay again!
