Apartment renovated in July 2019. Totally new. Located in an old cataloged building, at the end of Ramblas facing the sea. In front of Christopher Columbus monument. The best tourist location. The Barrio Gotico and La Rambla offers to tourists a privileged location to visit all points of interest. You will have the Dressanes metro station 20 meters away. It's a new apartment in the old town area and maintains the charm of the typical Mediterranean house with a modern and comfortable design.

This was an amazing apartment for our group of six; 2 adults and 4 older teenagers. The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely air conditioned. Having multiple balconies to sit outside morning and evening was lovely. It was perfectly located with walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro/busses. Stephy communicated wonderfully with us throughout our entire stay gave us many recommendations for things to do around Barcelona. I would absolutely recommend this apartment. Thank you for sharing the apartment with us during our stay in Barcelona.

This was a beautiful apartment right on Las Ramblas near the port. All the rooms had balconies with stunning views in every direction. The host was accommodating and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking and the apartment was clean and spacious. The washer and dryer was also a great addition to do laundry in between stops on our journey. I would highly recommend this apartment.
