Nice room, exceptional staff.
Too many kids in the pool. Too much screaming. Maybe limit limes for kids and adults? I never, rather, we never had a chance to get in because of the noise.

Great location. Excellent staff at the front desk and housekeeper Gloria. Nice kitchen accommodations. Daily drinking water and ice cube trays. Comfortable beds. Good ac and smart tv. Great wifi. Spacious bathroom. Quiet pool area, nice lounges.I would definitely stay here again!
There was very little water pressure in the shower of suite 12. I reported it, but on the last day. I shouldn't have waited. A couch vs. a loveseat would have been nice. The pool needs a bit of work.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet and not too far from the town centre. The house keeping staff did a good job with their daily cleaning and making up our beds.
The whole suite looked and felt dated in real life compared to the photos. The natural lighting levels were quite dark so it did not add to the ambiance of the room.
