Great location, quiet, very comfortable beds. Lovely, laidback hotel with very kind and professional staff. Did not eat at the rooftop, but had a drink there and it's a beautiful space to spend some time in peace. Also, when we had issues with the lock on our door, the staff was kind enough to move us to a new room right away.

Rooms and facility were very clean. They provided clean towels and 2 free water bottles each day. Water was also available near the entrance to fill up your containers. Roof top had a great view. Staff was very friendly. Room did not have a.c. but room was always cool or cold.
Wish they had ice machine for filling up water containers. Room had a smell like she sheets were not washed but it went away quick or we got used to it, not sure. I think they just use detergent that has no fragrance.

Hello, loved the location and how spacious the room was and cleanliness.
The guest services dest gentleman was very nice and helpful. However, the general manager or owner was not at ALL friendly. My mother came to town and needed to use my room to jist change before I checked out. Literally 15 min. ( i had also paid for 2 ppl but my boyfriend could not make it to Oaxaca with me) and shexdid notcallpw that at all. My mom is a 65 year old lady and she was NOT gonna stay!!! This place has a huge problem with evaluating a situation and doing whats good for your guests. I will Never stay here again and its a shame because the location was perfect.
