Beautiful hotel and great staff! They would really be helpful
Location was hard to get a taxi
The sun beds weren’t in the sun much
The bar shuts at 5pm ish which feels so early

Loved the style and decor of the hotel, so cool and quirky. Outside area was gorgeous and we loved breakfast, great value for money.
The second room allocated to our group was dark and small but after we spoke to reception we were moved to a much nicer room. Thank you

Friendly staff, easy check in and parking. Had a different impression for this place as one of my favorite photographers Paul Fuentes exhibits there and it’s a bit further south but this is still definitely a San Antonio crowd and party esque hotel which is a pro or con depending on what you’re looking for just not a good fit for our crew of professionals in our 30s.
Place was somewhat run down, side twin beds were very hard, cleanliness was just ok didn’t even bother using the facilities.

Design / aesthetic — Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel is known for its quirky art-deco style, so if you enjoyed the look, that’s worth mentioning.
Atmosphere / vibe — despite the service issues, the hotel has a fun Ibiza feel and lively energy.
Location — if you liked being in San Antonio Bay near beaches and beach clubs, that’s another plus.
Unique concept — the art-focused interiors and overall concept make it more memorable than a standard hotel.
* Inconsistent / disorganised service — staff seemed friendly at times but communication between teams was poor.
* Massage booking mishandled — your clear instructions were not followed, causing unnecessary stress.
* Poor issue resolution — you had to chase multiple managers and repeatedly explain the same issue.
* Billing errors at checkout — being charged extra without signed receipts is a major red flag.
* Lack of accountability — problems were only fixed after significant effort from you.
* Security concerns — theft of your Hermès flip-flops from the balcony made you feel unsafe.
* Premium price, non-premium experience — service didn’t match what the hotel charges or markets itself as
$$$$
