The ladies who provide entertainment at the pool area were so exciting, friendly, and encouraged us to participate. So much fun! The staff in the cafeteria had excellent customer service and are so sweet.
My daughter and I had an awesome room overlooking the beach but it was on the 4th level with no elevator! Imagine two girls trying to haul up heavy luggage. We made it but I was sweating something awful and I am in shape.

Food was the best from all the all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. Let down by hot plates that weren’t hot. Lovely child friendly hotel. Clean with friendly staff who listened to and reacted to the slight problems we had.

Fantastic location and excellent breakfast! We really liked our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect and incredibly convenient for sightseeing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast every morning—there was a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious options. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Faultless stay – we loved everything! We had a wonderful experience and genuinely liked everything about this place. The location is perfect, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent with a fantastic selection. From the rooms to the service, everything was flawless. We will definitely be back!

Hi Elena
I have paid in full. As a general manager you promised that you will investigate what happened with the flood in the bathroom and bedroom issues next day, and you supposed to give me that report, haven't happened yet. I have checked out yesterday and after 24 hrs still no communication. Someone has stolen my cards from the room therefore I had to pay in cash.
I am awaiting for your investigation report and compensation with discomfort with heating, duvets, flooding and stealing.
