Aesthetically the hotel is lovely - cuban theme, lots of quirky little touches.
Comfortable beds & good spacious room.
Staff on front desk friendly.
Pool food was tasty.
Got to check in early which was much appreciated.
Construction going on by the pool : not relaxing to sit by the pool. Constant sound of drilling that only stopped for an hour mid afternoon. If we had known this was going on, we wouldn't have stayed here - looks like itll be happening for quite a while too. Couldn't hear the music because of this either, in general pool area vibes not great.
Staff at pool : not the most friendly or helpful unfortunately. Service charged automatically on everything ordered here too - even though we were going up to order our own drinks. We don't mind paying Service if its provided, and it shouldn't be every time you order something, or added automatically.
Drinks by pool : Drinks could be a lot better - very basic, even for signature cocktails. Small and tasted watered down. Expensive for what they are and for a themed hotel, it seems like a missed opportunity to not make more aesthetic cocktails. Rooftop bar should also open earlier and stay open later, very limited hrs.
Location : The hotel feels quite out of it - we've been to Ibiza a few times, and wouldn't choose this location again for lack of convenience.

Great theme, food and drinks fantastic, staff all lovely
Room wasn’t cleaned a day even though we had the sign on for housekeeping from midday and wasn’t done until 3pm the following day and rooms are a bit worn with holes and stains on curtains etc

WE WERW GIVEN A COMPLIMENTRY UPGRADE AS WE WAITED TO CHECK IN. BPTH LADIES AT RECEPTION WERE FANTASTIC AND GETTING A PIZZA AT 5AM WAS A HUGE PKUS!

Very stylish, lovely staff, our room was upgraded!
There is very noisy building work around the property, meaning that the pool is not always very relaxing, unfortunately!
