We stayed at The Site at BLESS Hotel Ibiza from August 24th to 27th and had a wonderful experience.
The location is extremely convenient, while the hotel itself feels like a true oasis where you can relax and easily spend the entire day. I initially had some doubts about staying in Playa d’en Bossa, but The Site completely changed my perception of the area, it really is a little gem.
The spaces are beautiful, comfortable and very well designed. The décor is modern, warm and sophisticated, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms are equally well appointed, and the Aesop amenities are a particularly nice touch.
The beach area is very convenient, and we loved having different options throughout the day. There are three pools, including options with sea views and a sandy pool area, and both the sun loungers and daybeds are exceptionally comfortable. Everything feels very curated and designed for spending a relaxing day without needing to leave the hotel.
We also tried Coya, Lena and La Sabina during our stay and were very happy with all three restaurants, each offering a different atmosphere and experience. Room service is also top notch.
Overall, The Site exceeded our expectations. It combines the energy and convenience of Ibiza with the feeling of being in a stylish, relaxing oasis, definitely a place we would happily return to.

We initially booked a COYA room, which is presented as one of the hotel’s most luxurious room categories. Unfortunately, our first impression was rather disappointing. The room was located on the second floor of a separate building with no elevator, felt slightly damp, and the air conditioning was quite weak.
Being a newly opened hotel, we were prepared for a few minor teething issues although, to be fair, we encountered very few during the rest of our stay. What really made the difference was the way the staff handled the situation. They were extremely kind and accommodating and immediately offered us two alternatives, including an upgrade.
We eventually moved to a room on the fifth floor of the main building, and it was absolutely incredible: spacious and beautifully appointed, with a separate living area, two bathrooms and two balconies. It completely transformed our experience, and we really appreciated the effort made by the team to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our stay.
One aspect we did find disappointing was the spa. As it is operated by an external company, access is not included for hotel guests. For a five-star property of this level, we would expect the spa facilities to be part of the hotel experience, so having to pay separately felt somewhat out of place.
Finally, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom at times, which is something that should definitely be addressed, particularly in a hotel of this standard.

Room was great. Loved the ice machine. Didn't love there was no lift, but they helped with our bags, so that was ok in the end. Staff were exceptional. Would stay here again and recommend!

I especially liked that the hotel is new, with a beautiful and stylish design. The staff are very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfasts deserve a special mention, with truly delicious, high-quality food. The hotel also has a very nice beach.
Everything about the hotel was excellent, with one exception: the room housekeeping. The hotel and common areas were impeccably clean, but during my 10-night stay, despite leaving tips every day, the room was thoroughly cleaned only once or twice.
Dust and sand could remain for several days, and glasses or cups were sometimes put back without being properly washed, with traces of lipstick or the smell of wine still on them. The turndown service was always nicely done, but the actual cleaning lacked attention to detail. For a hotel of this level, housekeeping should definitely be more consistent.

The new owners have done a great job with the redesign and refurbishment. Rooms are finished to a very high standard, there is a godo choice of restaurants, nice spa. There is also a realyl nice vibe by the pool in the afternoons, with a DJ playing the right music.
Unfortunately the staff are still settling in and service is definitely below the level it should be. Check-in took me a total of 1 hour and was possibly the worst check in I have ever had. It is true that I made a small mistake with my booking, but a check in should never take 1 hour. The staff clearly are not competent enough or need mroe training. The staff at the pool are okay but also quite slow. The hotel also has lenghty priocedures to just pay for a drink!
We also had a bad experience at Coya - a rude (Romanian) waitress and they tried to overcharge us by Eur200
$$$$
