Augusta Hotel was one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed at. The room was spacious, the decor was beautiful with old world charm yet modern comforts, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Best of all was the wonderful staff - Pilar made us feel so welcome and gave us so much advice and help. We moved Valparaíso and wish we had stayed longer - two nights was not enough in this fabulous city and this exquisite hotel. Thank you Pilar and Augusta Hotel for a truly memorable time in Valparaíso.

Amazing retro chic hotel in a great part of Valparaiso. Very close to historic area and lots of great restaurants nearby. Liked having a kitchenette and welcome champagne and breakfast in the room, plenty of options and great scrambled eggs and avocado. Amazingly clean and decent shower and bathroom facilities, comfortable and warm. Loved the furniture and character, staff helpful too. Would highly recommend.

This property is absolutely beautiful and comfortable.
The bed is really comfortable and the shower amazing.
The owner is so nice, helpful and friendly; she showed everything about Valparaiso and helped us made our journey complete.
The staff is sweet, kind and polite, and same as per the owner is really helpful if anything needed.
They serve the breakfast as room service, with lots of fresh veggies, juice and fruits.
I highly recommend this property
