We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Puente. The location on Cerro Alegre is excellent, making it convenient to explore the upper part of Valparaíso and also walk down to the city centre. The rooms are reasonably spacious, while the bathroom is large and very clean. Breakfast offers a good variety of options and is a great way to start the day. The real highlight, however, was the staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms do not have heating, so they can feel slightly cold at times, although this was not a major issue for us. The parking is secured with a padlock, which means someone from reception needs to come and open it every time you want to use your car. There are also several steps leading up to the hotel entrance, which can be inconvenient when travelling with large or heavy suitcases.

Clean. Good location. Stylish and large bedrooms. Breakfast was generous.amazing shower. Comfortable bed.
The Lady who welcomed us was lovely. The Gentlemen who served breakfast needs to smile more. He always seemed really moody.

Room was lovely and filled with art. Staff was gracious. Breakfast was delicious, both buffet and cooked to order. Location on Cero Alegre is ideal for restaurants and strolling. Highly reccomend.

Liked the art and the architecture. It was clean and relatively well located. Staff were superbly amiable and helpful.
Frankly, the list is too long. That being said, none of the issues were showstoppers, but combined they made the experience less than we expected
