The location, good amenities around and easy links to get into the main city. Good large rooms which were mostly comfortable and adequate. Great bath/shower towels. Pleasant bar and lounge facilities. Great TV. Safe provided. Fridge.
The standard of cleaning could have been better. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a room after 3pm check in. Water pressure not great in shower and toilet flush not great. Pillows were not supportive. Feather pillows are provided but due to allergies, had to request synthetic- these were rubbish. We did not have robes and slippers provided in one of the rooms. Hotel rooms could do with modernising as furniture tired and outdated. Room doors were not always easy to shut and catches got caught. Wardrobe doors were not fixed properly and hanging off rails. Shower and bath soap was not replenished when needed.

Location excellent. Breakfast delicious
Interconnecting rooms which meant because of the door we could hear everything going on in next room
