The staff were excellent, very welcoming and efficient. The room was nice and the location was great.
The bed was a little too firm for us, but that's personal choice.

The room was lovely and clean and had everything we required. The location was also really nice. We have stayed here before several times but not recently.
I found some of the staff not as friendly and welcoming as in previous visits. Unfortunately we were not made to feel welcome to assisted when asked for information.
