Location , size, cleanliness, all staff polite and very helpful .
Only drawback was no lift but there were only two short flights of stairs . Our deluxe room and others were the only ones upstairs .

Very comfortable large bedroom with bath & shower. Very close to Beamish museum which was the reason for our visit. Good breakfast.

room perfect, especially like parking outside room, perhaps the step up into the bath for shower takes a bit of care but overall very good
