The location is fantastic, bus stop just opposite the street, tram 1 min away, near the city center and main attractions. The staff from reception were very friendly and nice, always smiley and helpful, many thanks to the staff downstairs in the breakfast area, Samantha and Belen, they were amazing, 5* service.
There are so many faulty things in the hotel, starting with the elevator, then the card keys, we had to change them a lot because they didn’t work. The junior suite was nice, big and clean but it felt old, it could worth a refurbished. The superior rooms are just basic, clean but definitely not 4*. The room is quite noisy but we had a good sleep, it’s not that disturbing.

Accessible to most of the places we wanted to visit
Our next door guest .. arrived at midnight & loud v, the hotel should emphasise to respect the resting time . The elevator buttons is a bit confusing
