The room was very spacious, with good wardrobe space and a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We experienced a minor issue in the bathroom, which was resolved very quickly. The hotel's location is outstanding and makes it an excellent choice for exploring the area.
One of the breakfast staff members was somewhat rude when informing us that there were only 20 minutes remaining before breakfast service ended. We stayed in Room 201, which is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. We understand that a fixed shower enclosure is not suitable in this type of room; however, when the guests do not require accessibility features, it would be helpful to provide a shower curtain, as water from the shower ended up soaking almost the entire bathroom.
