Very clean , staff were great very helpfully and so friendly , we had early morning flight and even down to having breakfast facilities ready for us to have before our journey

Location was close to the beach, quite quiet but only 5/10 minutes to the busy areas.

Super clean family run hotwl. Very friendly and accommodating staff that went above and beyond for us. Good sized rooms and comfy beds. Nice breakfast buffet included. Short walk from the beach and restaurants/shops.
Option to pay for evening buffet at the hotel. Snacks available throughout the afternoon at the pool bar. Lovely clean pool. Nice powerful air con, which was important as the island was experiencing a heat wave when we stayed.
We had ants in the rooms on the first day, but when it was reported to reception they promptly sorted it and it wasn't a problem for the rest of the trip. The manager checked several times if we were still happy. He treated us to a round of drinks for free also.
Hardly anything we didn't like!
If I'm being picky it would be good to be able to get drinks at the bar inside the hotel during the day, not just at the pool bar (it opens at 6pm).
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we went back to Majorca.

Location was very good.
Bathroom was not cleaned fully, previous people old soap was still there. No information (for example wifi code and number of reception) and no drinking water in the room.
