Okay so the resort itself wasn't bad. The only trouble I had was the payment dispute. Expedia had sold me a different amount to what I had to pay at the property. If you choose this hotel avoid the pay at property option !

The hotel staff were excellent and friendly, communicative, and helpful from check-in to the restaurant service. However, I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, and I wouldn’t consider this one fully all-inclusive.
Cocktails were premixed, and there was an extra charge for well drinks, snacks like chips and candy, which I found unusual for this kind of resort. The main restaurant only served three meals a day, and taking food outside the dining area wasn’t allowed.
The pools were open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and unfortunately, the beach umbrellas were limited to the pool area—not the beach itself. Entertainment also left room for improvement; when performers spoke or sang on stage, it was hard to hear from the nearby pool.
The price was reasonable, but overall, I may consider exploring other options.

Excellent hotel! The rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and the location was ideal. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes, both in the morning and in the evening. The entertainment was good.
A big thank you to the entire team, who were always friendly, welcoming, helpful, and highly professional. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was unfortunately very weak.
