Breakfast was good.
Room was cold and there was a constant humming, hadn't realised the aircon was set.
There was no not chocolate sachets and biscuits to have.
Didn't like to have to pay £5 for parking, never have I had to do that before.

The staff were great and incredibly accomodating.
The room we were allocated was slightly dirty with burns on the carpet, and the shower/bathroom facilities in poor condition.

Bed was comfy, staff came in to clean the room daily with no disturbances
Breakfast was pretty poor for the price you pay.
Gym was old fashioned and didn’t have much equipment.
We arrived with stains on our curtains/chairs which put us off a bit.
