We stayed in BYD for 6 nights. Overall, everything was fantastic from the room to the staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Staffs are very smiley, friendly and not intrusive. V attended to us and few of the staff which we didn’t get the name are fantastic. Amazing Thai hospitality!

Nothing at all. We were so busy during our trip. The only fault is the phone line in the room which was not working but it’s not a big deal to us. In general, it is the time for the owner to restore the the hotel to its former glory.

Could not more highly recommend this place

I have been in Thailand over a month now and I’m still comparing every experience to my time at Baan Yin Dee. By far my favourite place of accommodation. Kindest and most considerate staff, always anticipation your needs. Love love love this place.

Great place.Located on the mountain,quiet calm.Wonderful staff,always ready to help with all emerging issues.Twice transfer to the beach and back.Convenient for those who like walking.Breakfast order from menu,but very testy and big.We lived for a month,and guys from the restaurant tried to do everything to please us.Above on the mountain,[3 minutes] walk,there is a shop where you can buy everything you need.Special thanks to the hotel manager Tina,who took care of us.She helped us in every possible way when we needed it.We recommend this hotel for a pleasant and quiet stay.

reasonable place wouldn’t recommend as too far from everything

room wasn’t very clean, blind broken. Paid to be picked up from airport however we could not find driver nor were we told what exit he would be located at. we paid for a taxi to the hotel and we’re refused a refund. Not good customer service

Disappointing

Breakfast very nice. Unfortunalty the busy road was very noisy all the time. I think this place is overpriced. Look elsewhere. All hotels in Thailand a little run down after two years fo pandemic, so the all pictures for all properties dont quite match the standard you are going to get. This is especially so here.

staff is the most unprofessional I have ever seen in my entire trips , i waited 1 hour to do check in cause they were asking for proof of payment , I kept explaining them that it is through booking but obviously they didn’t know how to use it , over all a nice place but really poor in customer service ,

Great stay

Great location, 15 minute walk into the centre of town, no crowd noise etc. And if you don’t want to walk they have a free shuttle service. The staff were all very lovely. Amazing value for money with the sale prices.

As other people have said. it’s a little worn around the edges. Old and loud aircon, slow hot water, wifi can cut out etc. However I still stayed here for around 3 weeks, so it obviously wasn’t that big an issue.

No jacuzzi

Everything was perfectly fine. Quiet, not far from everything, looked nice, good food. I felt like home.

When i ordered the room, i asked for a room with jacuzzi, and this was not the case.

Our stay was relaxing. We have visited Thailand many times and it’s almost like a second home.

Breakfast was always very good and the service from the staff was exceptional. Always very happy to help and after a few days knew exactly what we like for breakfast. Nothing was too difficult for the staff. Thank you. Khxbkhun.

The only thing I didn’t like very much was the hard mattress on our bed. I have severe back pain so a hard mattress is not very comfortable.

not great. I would not come back. also I left a pair of shoes in the room and called them the same day to keep them safe

The property is pretty run down. It looks like it hasn’t been maintained in years. The wooden floor boards are creaking. There are nails in the bathroom floor poking out that almost dug through my toe nail. The pool was filthy. language was a problem as any time you called reception for any tiny thing, they wouldn’t understand

Really relaxing and very special. Great value.

We were welcomed by Paul who was incredibly friendly and attentive. This resort is just beautiful and calming. the rooms are clean and spacious with a fully stocked mini bar. Kiki was amazing and gave us all we needed.

worth to stay and spend your time on the beach outside of the hotel

I like the size of the rooms here! They are big and nice! I like swimming pools. The water was clean, transparent, and almost without chemicals. I like the food here and the friendly staff that helped my family not burn our mouths from spicy food.

A tiny territory. If you expect to do anything but swimming or burn you body on the sun, it is okay. A maintenance of swimming pool during my booking without any notification from staff. Poor wi-fi - it doesn't work in my room at all.

Exceptional

Great place run by great People. Thank You Pitchy from the Reception desk and the other staff members for being so helpful. We are so happy that we decided to extend our stay. Huge rooms, nice pool, extremely comfortable beds, and great location and view over the bay. 2 minutes drive to city and beach, but far enough to have privacy and no noise from the bars.
