I had the best time staying at the Amari. I enjoyed every minute of our stay there. 100 out of 100

The room was excellent with exceptional views of the bay and surrounding area. We liked the location of our room as it was close to the club house and pool which we enjoyed most days. The staff we encountered were so helpful and friendly. They were always there attending to our needs and we enjoyed their company and was a pleasure be around them.

I can't think of anything I did not like.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend. Happy hr 5-7 was a bonus . Good at all restaurants were great .

Lovely clean spacious accommodation. Staff are all very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you .

It’s was a taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle. Nothing around it within walking distance.

The hotel claims to be 5 star, but in reality it’s a 2 star at best. Rooms are old, dirty and are in desperate need of

Great experience

Great hotel, they really care about guests. Perfect hotel for family with children. Breakfast restaurant open on beach. Book the rooms with ocean view and enjoy sleeping with waves sounds 🥲❤️

location is far from centre and they have monopoly for TUK TUK and Taxi hence going to centre hardly 2 kms away have to pay a fortune everytime also their suite in which we stayed was over priced at bookings.com and which I came to know was much cheaper if I booked thru local Thai agent or direct hotel

Going up and down the steps to go to different areas of the hotels. If you're fit without any health issues no problem. Otherwise get a room closer to the stairs and elevators.

the best place i ever visited, They gave you a high quality of service with a simple but perfect luxury atmosphere

they must offer to put you down after the bridge and take you up from starting of the bridge, it’s very hard to walk through the bridge and we arrived very tired to the top. its not that long but it helps a lot to avoid walking through the bridge to get to the beach road

Best Holdiday Ever!

The experience was luxurious from start to finish. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was provided with care to detail and customer satisfaction in mind. We loved being welcomed with ice-cold jasmine infused towels for our faces and a delicious welcome drink. The buggy service was fantastic. Room service was amazing. And the food at all the restaurants on site was great! We were never disappointed. When we left, it felt like we visited family, the staff were lovely.

great property with below average service.

Amari Phuket property is beautiful. the rooms are nice and clean.

The service and staff attitude sucks. however nice the property is, it all boils down to the service. somehow it lacks the Thai hospitality that everyone is used to. right from the Concierge to the restaurants. below average service. buffet dinner costing THB850++ was cold, not replenished and guests who were still eating were rushed to finish their dinner by 10 pm.We requested for a late checkout since we had a spa appointment at 11.30 am with the hotel spa …. it was not accommodated, given that the spa doesn’t have a shower facility apparently. The agony did not end there, at checkout We forgot our half finished bottle of Gin in the room, we told the receptionist to get it for us from our room… to our shock …. the housekeeping did not find it.
