Very clean apartment. Good facilities and everything we needed. Although a higher unit would have a better view we still enjoyed the view we did have and the pool and spa were very close by. Unit close to lift and car parking space very accessible. As we hadn't stayed at Kirra for some time we were quite amazed at the build up of sand and it was quite a walk to the water in front of the apartments. However we did enjoy watching the parachutes landing as it was a great spot for them.
No gripes whatever. To be picky the hot water was not very hot but as the weather is getting warmer this is probably not a problem for most people.

Fantastic views , spacious living areas
The smoke alarms went off 2x mornings in a row around 7-00 am , we were all still in bed. Sounded like they went off in the unit below us first and then ours started but thankfully only lasted for a minute or so

Loved the view and the location was great, very easy to get around. We had a hire car, so the private secure parking was great and easy access into the building.
There was only one very small milk in the fridge which didn't even do 3 cups of tea for us, it would have made more sense to have 2 for the number of people staying. There was no standard black tea available or coffee, and as we got in late, we couldn't have a cuppa when we woke up. These small convivences make a huge difference to your stay and experience.
The apartment was more run down than I had expected, and small things like to rusty airer would be simple fixes.
