Good Value, Beautiful views for 2 Day Trip

Comfortable rooms, AC TV and wifi all working great. Tub and shower pressure was divine especially after long hiking days! Central and close to all the restaurants and water. Beautiful and well lit street with lots to do.

Was told we had breakfast included and we ended up not having it included- was a surprise bill at the end.

Multiple dining options make this a convenient place to stay for a short trip

Overall friendly staff. The staff in Achiote were pleasant and those working at the front desk were very helpful. The convenience of the airport shuttle was also appreciated. The AC in the room was a welcome break from the 100F heat outside.

Most of the waitstaff at Mango's, the rooftop bar, were a bit unpleasant. Inattentive and sassy.

We were sad we only had one night to spend here!

We were pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel and the location was. We are traveling on our motorcycles and were able to park right out front. It reminded us of time spent in Europe with the cobblestone streets and the buildings. Our room was good, hot shower, comfortable beds, good ac unit. We enjoyed the hotel, the vibe was great, the staff was friendly. The food was good and we loved the coffee.

Solid place to stay

Hotel was nicely designed and in a great location. Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was not as totally clean as it could have been, and water pressure was very poor. This might be a result of being on a small island, but if so, I'd suggest finding another hotel that is cheaper as you'd get the same result.

great hotel

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. The staff were very helpful, I arrived before check in and they let me leave my bags and use the pool. I went to the pool early in the morning and it was great, clean and nobody around. I used the shuttle service from the airport as well, which was good.

Very good

The location is perfect, the building is gorgeous and the staff is very attentive.

The room I had was on the first floor and vegetation blocked most of the natural light.

Don't think twice! Book it

This was one of the best hotels we had in Guatemala!! The location, atmosphere, room, shower, everything was marvelous. The bar on top of the hotel had the most beautiful view and atmosphere. We were in a rush but had to sit down for a drink because it was that pretty. The staff were amazing and welcomed us with cold towels and refreshing drinks. Will definitely go back if I'm ever around.

The water strain in the shower was a bit weak, and the pool was under maintenance when we were there. But these are little things really. The hotel is beautiful, definitely recommend!

the swimming pool was under maintenance- fair enough but that's part of why you pay so much, so very disappointing! also the hotel is very very noisy, when the staff start work at 5h30 you can hear them 2 floors up. also the water pressure in the shower is awful

Beautiful, clean, and friendly place.

the hotel is beautifully maintained.

The cleanliness. The ambiance and art in the hotel makes it a cozy place. Staff was very helpful with transportation arrangements and info of Flores.

Good location, great atmosphere but really bad service.

The best part of this hotel is the location!!! It is near all the good places to eat, drink and party. Also, the value of the room is good.

For me what reuined the overall experience was the staff and service. For almost all the things we asked the first answer was NO, and we had to discuss it to be able to get a positive response. It was a real bummer that the pool was not available, this was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel, and about a week before our trip, we were notified that it was not working.

one of the newer looking hotels of isla flores. Very modern and super clean

they didn’t have to go cups for iced coffee and the food was a bit delayed

A nice option in Flores

Exceptionally clean, big rooms. Pool area is nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful; loved the welcome drink!

The music in the terrace restaurant is way too loud; also music too loud at the pool area which makes it much less relaxing.

Amazing location and great facilities!

Great location, restaurant, bakery and bar area upstairs on the roof.

It is near a loud bar so was a little noisy. The room was a little dark.
