The breakfast was ample, with many great options. I missed breakfast one day due to the timing of my tour to Tikal, and when I returned that evening, I was offered the opportunity to receive my breakfast, which I declined but really appreciated. My room was clean and comfortable; the water pressure was great, and the water was hot. I had a very late arrival and an even later departure, so I really appreciated the airport shuttle and having a place to hang out for a few hours before heading to the airport. The hotel is not on the island, but there are plenty of tuk-tuks available, and the receptionist was always sweet about helping me to hail one, and it is within the zone to be picked up for tours. It's also very close to the airport.

La amabilidad de los empleados, la calidad y presentación de las comidas.
Sería bueno que en la habitación hubiera una lámpara en la mesita de noche para facilitar el tener que levantarse a media noche.

Me gustó que era muy limpio…
Que ofrecen servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel
No me gustó que hacían mucho ruido en las mañanas , no pude descansar bien….
No servía el agua caliente bien, al rededor del hotel es un área un poco peligrosa , no es recomendable caminar desde ahí hacia la isla … lo mero es tomar un Tuc tuc
