Wouldn't stay here again

Lakeside view was nice

Didn't have milk for coffee for breakfast. Toilet did not work and the man at reception had to come 5/6 times to repair it. Was uncomfortable to have him come into our room constantly. He kept telling us its not a big issue. We asked for another room and he said we couldn't switch.

Great for the value of money! just don’t go if you want to have a good night sleep 😉

it was awesome, next to the bus stops, pretty views of the lake and huge patios with hammock table and chairs perfect to work at

on the other side of the street is a night club - you can expect loud music until 1 am. Those are some thin walls!! even with earbuds I had trouble falling asleep. I wanted to have some privacy after nights in hostels and for that it was great (hostels are always loud too, so I was used to it)

comfortable room with beautiful view

wonderful balcony view over the lake. big and comfy bed. location was very central too.

you could hear bar music throughout the hotel, this was fairly okay for us as our room was on the far side, but if you had a room street side it’d be very loud and disturbing if you wanted to sleep

not quite what we’d hoped

location was great

our room - family one was opposite a very noisy night club ….. windows rattled and load music blared for hours….. so v hard to sleep. Wi-Fi was very bad in rooms

great view, nice place to work. The leak in the room needs to be fixed.

The view from the room is amazing. Wi-Fi worked well

The property charged more than seen on booking. Water gets in the room when it rains and it rains daily.

Nice but near a noisy club

The staff was nice and the service courteous, the room was clean, with a stunning balcony facing the lake.

BUT! Just across the steet,l there is a discotec / club that makes a lot of noise at night. The music is so loud that you feel the bass shakes the windows. No rest, really disturbing!

i would stay again but booking.com needs to be more accurate with the rates

the balcony was nice along with the view, location was a plus, having a swimming pool and breakfast was great added value

didn't like that the rate that was quoted on booking.com was not the same as when we checked in. didn't like that i went to my room little after 3am and the front desk told me i had to wait until 6 in the morning to go to my room. after a lot of convincing he allowed my into the hotel so i can get to my room

My favorite hotel on Flores

I loved the lake view and the Hammock on the balcony. The AC worked great thankfully since it was very very hot! The free breakfast was good and the staff are all very friendly! The shower was okay, not hot, not cold.

The bed was old and too hard for me.

Hotel, room and breakfast were all first rate, but noisy nightclub across the street was horrible !!

The room was very comfortable and attractively decorated, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent .

It was Saturday night and across the street from the hotel, the very, very noisiest nightclub in the town played until 11 pm, after which the inebriated patrons continued their loud shouts and screams. Do not stay here on the weekend !!!

There is some noise from the club across the street, but earplugs fixed that.

Exceptional

We spent two nights here. If you looking for the best location in Flores.... This is it The reasonable price, the balcony with Lakeview and the free breakfast "a la carte" is the bonus for your money. You can enjoy the Sunset from your balcony. The airport is 5 minutes with taxi and about 30-40 quetzal each way.
