Location on Flores island was prime. The hotel is cute & probably one of the best deals in the area. Thankfully the rooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the hotel isn’t so it’s quite muggy & warm everywhere else + they don’t have elevators so going up & down stairs in muggy conditions was not super fun. That said the hotel was clean, convenient & staff was kind….overall a good choice for the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have an airport shuttle which is very convenient. They also helped us arrange a private shuttle and tour to Tikal. We loved the onsite bakery, bar, & restaurants. We really didn’t have to venture off the property.
My one feedback is bugs seem inevitable, maybe better pest control.

Clean rooms, cold air conditioning, cute vibe, good rooftop restaurant (Mangos), bakery/coffee shop (Delirio), restaurante (Achiote), and mini Sports Bar. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Free roundtrip transportation to the airport, which was particularly helpful right now because the bridge is out. The hotel arranged for boat service at no extra charge. Definitely recommend.
