Clean, attractive hotel and has pool with a view
Location was a little quiet but suited our travel plans. Nothing to mention about the hotel itself

The staff were very helpful regarding any request or problem.Also it was clean and comfortable .
Because I am not so familiar with high tech methods I needed help .Found the coffee machine impossible to use.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the room size and the shower water pressure were superb!
No hot breakfast available, and the only hot option is for eggs and that is an extra charge.

Room in general was ok, and booking process through booking.com as usual
Reception staff was unfriendly, busy talking between each other about personal stuff rather than attending us on arrival, especially the woman. Corridors had very strong glue smell, it appeared works in process. WIFI did not work, (despite advertised as high speed) and I did require it for work and had no local SIM - very bad when in addition there is no room key but they expect you to open the door by scanning code on the door. I by choice do not have a "smart " phone, and imagine this trend may well continue so how they expect guests to have one to go inside their room is beyond me, especially with wifi not working. Anyhow not something you want to deal with just to go in the room after travelling. I did go down to tell staff re wifi their answer was "Well, I dont know what to tell you". ????? I suggested they do something about it. The answer was "Well, I could tell my manager". It did not work throughout our stay. Restaurant / room service was only open after 8pm? Water for bath (one of the reasons we chose this place) was only luke warm in the morning
