Clean, new, spacious room.
Staff was friendly. Conveniently located: beachfront.
Pet friendly. Has charging stations for electric and hybrid cars.
Parking is outside, no asphalt no shade(except for some pines) so the car is always dirty and exposed to either the sun or the pine needles/straws.

Susanna at the reception was brilliant and extremely helpful. We were very lucky to have her there during our stay as she did everything to make our stay near perfect. The location of the hotel is great, the pool area is facing the beach, it is easy to get out, dip in the water and then come back to the adult only pool area.
"Spa" area is tiny and not great, same for fitness. Towels need to be taken from the receptoion against a deposit rather than freely available. Dinner feels more like a food court experience and is underground without windows.

close to the sea, easy to cross the road to go into the town. Big balcony
the view is more to the other hotel than to the sea, you can hear the railway all the time. You have to pay for the safe and also to arrange it before on reception. Breakfast is 20 euro and just fine. Not very good value for money comparing to other hotel the same brand in Santa Susanna
