Spa and breakfast

The staff very polite and welcoming from start to end, spacious rooms with a good view, good spa facilities to take a moment to relax, breakfast was also very good.

When we checked in was was told the restaurant was closed so we could get a meal that night. we also asked three different members of staff could we pls have a breakfast bag takeout as we was leaving early before breakfast started. This didn’t happen as in the morning nobody knew anything about our request (not good). Also I was so looking forward to going in the swimming pool after a long days drive, but when I started to go in the pool I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. Even the chrome steps to climb in had ground in dirt on them, so I didn’t go in. And the pool needs draining and scrubbing clean to get it cleaned properly. would never stay here again…🥴

The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The hotel is nice, the staff are very kind; reception is 24h, which was very convenient for our late check-in. The rooms were well cleaned.

I was booked a room which, according to the photos and size, was visibly different from the real one. I got a significantly smaller room, with a very small bed, which was not very comfortable for two people and 4 nights.

The hotel was AMAZING. We came here because we went to see Formula 1. It’s just 10/15 min from the Circuit (take a Cabify/Bolt, never a local taxi!). Breakfast in the morning were so good as well, plenty of food and amazing staff. The room was so big and everything was nice a clean. The Spa and massage experience was great, everyone made us feel so comfortable. THANK YOU AGAIN! 😍😍😍

The room was a bit warm at night, AC wasn’t very cold. We opened the window and curtains and wasn’t too bad (June).

The young man at the front desk was exceptional. In fact, he was the best part of our stay.

At first, we were not given the room that we reserved. That was pretty quickly rectified after complaining to the front desk. Unfortunately, the AC in the room we were finally given did not work. It was a hot night sleeping on the rock hard bed. Also, the bathroom had a constant urine like smell. It was a pretty substantial odor. The hotel shows a four star rating, but in our opinion barely deserves a two star rating. Everything inside was fairly cheaply done. One bright thing was the location. It seemed like a very peaceful location. We had a bit of bad luck though. There was a wedding the next day at the hotel. There was a good bit of noise in the hallways that night. There was also a lot of noise outside near our room from the staff setting up the outside wedding area. The noise started pretty early in the morning.

Not that much reli i felt reli well looked after. If I had to find something what I dint like, it would have to be the water when washing was a bit cool. But honestly lovely, oh and they forgot us some clean bath robes, one day

The hotel is new, room is big with modern design. The stuff is helpful and very friendly! Quiet place with nice view to the mountains from the balcony. Beautiful yard.

The spa was not working The water in the bathtube was not hot enough for winter time when filling it (but they said the hotel is new so they're still working on many things)

Restaurant did not open for dinner apparently because of staff sickness, so we had to order pizza. Breakfast the next morning was also limited and unappetizing.

Room was spacious and they made us a vegan and gluten-free breakfast. We asked for a late checkout which wasn’t a problem at all. The staff was super friendly. We also liked that you could park your car there for free

the shower head… wouldn’t stay in the holder and the water pressure was too strong, the whole floor got wet. We booked the hotel because of the sauna and the spa. When we booked they said the spa is open but they didn’t mention the extra costs of 25€/h per person. Turned out they also had some issues with the sauna (would be nice to mention that in advance)

Would have liked more choice in the restaurant in evening but it was easy to find a restaurant close by which had more choice

We came for F1 testing and this hotel was in a great location, just a few miles away from the circuit by taxi and in a peaceful location. The rooms were spacious and most importantly the breakfast was great!
