We booked this property at the last minute and were so pleased we did. We arrived around 1am and initially struggled to get in with my mum’s mobility scooter. We messaged reception to ask if we could leave it there overnight, and they were more than happy to help.
The following morning, the staff told us they had seen us struggling and offered us a room downstairs. The room was amazing and absolutely perfect for my 80-year-old mum. It had ramp access and a wet room, making her stay so much easier and more comfortable.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff throughout our four-night stay. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They helped us navigate the beach, gave us directions and recommendations, and most importantly, helped give my mum the independence she craves.
There was no rush to check out, which made a huge difference in getting my mum up and moving comfortably on our final day.
Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back very soon!

Nous y avons séjourné en couple un weekend en amoureux. Ce que nous avons appriécié le plus et l'emplacement de l''hôtel qui se trouve à deux pas de la plage de Barcelone, ambiance familiale et le décor de l'époque ancien qui donne son caractère espagnol tout simplement trés particulier. Le service et le personnel très sympa et à l'écoute. La chambre était propre et prête pour un check-in plutôt que 15h comme on l'avait demandé auparavant (sous réserve de dispo) 10 sur 10 pour nous, nous sommes très satisfaits.
