Amazing and kind staff, great calmer location near the beach, nice program for kids, room was spacious and had a balcony with sea view. Varied and tasty selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Our son has a strong peanut allergy and the chef personally showed him safe meals and brought a special dessert for him.

Room was spacious and big, with a nice big terrace. With the terrace door closed, we almost couldn't hear the music from the pool, which was very good. Powerful and hot water stream from the shower.
It is apparently not allowed to bring to your room anyone who is not a paying guest of the hotel, not even for short amount of time. Reception staff would check who comes in and out against the names registered in the room, also not in a particularly friendly way. I have never seen this in any other hotel in my life.
The food at the buffet had very limited vegetarian/vegan options. Plus it would have been helpful to have tags describing what each dish was, so that we didn't have to ask the staff each time if it contained meat or not.
