Overall good place to stay
- great food quality and variety at the buffet for a 4-star hotel
- beds are comfortable
- reception staff are nice
- the location is good and close to amenities and the sea
- the bathroom set up is very weird - the sink is in the room itself, and the shower and toilet are separated by a VERY heavy movable glass door (which is really annoying to move and may be hard for people without full mobility, and also doesnt provide much privacy)
- the only thing we didn't like at lunch / dinner is that not even water is included in the meal and has to be purchased. However, the staff are not very fast and you have to chase them down in order to get some water, and if their payment isn't working they are not allowed to first give it to you. Also bags are not allowed in the buffet area for some reason. This generates unnecessary frustration during the meal experience and I would strongly recommend they reconsider their policies
- the rooms don't have much of an extraction fan so they accumulate humidity. Also the inbuilt AC system works intermittently and doesn't really maintain the same temperature always
- they should prohibit smoking at the balconies because it's impossible to sit outside with people smoking right next to you from both sides (if you're unlucky), the balconies offer no division or privacy

Perfect hotel, really comfortable beds, bathrooms lovely, great facilities and staff were all excellent. We stayed here and travelled to the Spanish Grand Prix. Asked if we could take breakfast as wouldn’t be there so both days they provided a lovely packed lunch for us ( just need to ask them the day before- all free of charge). Breakfast when we were there was amazing, so much choice and all fresh, top quality. The same for the evening meal ( we were half board). The produce used and the meals provided were all of a fantastic standard ( you would pay double in the UK for the same quality).
Bed sheets could do with upgrading if we were to be super picky!

Our room in this hotel was comfortable, clean, elegant, cozy, have really much space for clothes, good bathroom and have good air conditon. Pool and jacuzzi in outside was really good and cozy.
Water and drinks in cafeteria only for payment. At least cofee was available for free during breakfest and was really good.

The view was nice. Clean room. Staff was polite.
Very noisy during the night because of music outside. Towels for swimming pool are available only for extra charge. There was no price for paella in restaurant menu and staff was confused. The way to the beach wasn't comfortable, need to bypass the railroad.
