- Great location in Santa Susanna, directly opposite the train station and within walking distance of places we enjoyed visiting.
- Special shout out to the bar staff who were all friendly, warm and made great cocktails.
- Our room was fit for purpose and we liked having a balcony with a great view.
- Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor bar too for getting hot and cold drinks easily.
- There was a great singer on one of the nights we were there who brought great energy to the space.
- We went half board so had breakfast and dinner included but the food wasn’t great so we gave other, better restaurants a visit during our stay.
- Other guests in the hotel were being a nuisance (banging on other guests’ doors including ours) and when we reported it to the front desk, they said it was too early to call the police. Bit of an overreaction, a simple reminder following our one would have likely sufficed.

Just one minute away from the railway station. Room was clean and tidy and spacious enough. Breakfast experience was good! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also loved the welcoming message, cava and sweets!
The water pressure of the shower was a bit low and sometimes only a bit lukewarm. Also if the neighboring hotel has their entertainment ongoing, loud music will be noticeable, which lasts until roughly 11pm.

Everything was great.

Nicely situated, close to the beach and shopping.
A bit run down, feels like it make up is needed.
Blend food, but good selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, but mehhh. Had no warm water in the shower the first day, took 4 times before they managed to fix it, super frustrating as it’s needed to take a shower after a full day of traveling. Had to wait for the next morning (no compensation)
Pricy room for the standard, worn down in places, but otherwise no complaints on the room it self.
Would not pay 7000sek for 4 nights stay at this hotel again
