Good location, opp the train station, nice comfy beds, balcony was spacious. Night time bar staff very efficient, drinks reasonable, we were half board, food was 7/10...
The lifts. Omg the lifts, a disaster, 3 on at reception level, always at least 2 not working, some days they were all out, really needs to be sorted, people arriving with cases, mobility issues etc, had to use the stairs.. really not good enough !
Some of the daytime staff were efficient and knowledgeable, others had a bad attitude and were un helpful, training needed there....overall value for money was 6/10...but we wouldn't stay again..

We got premium room, and for that we are extremely grateful, we had enormous terrace that overlooked garden and the sea. Reception staff was very understanding and helpful.
Beach was very close and very clean.
The food choices were very poor, no pork-free mains or sides. We gave the restaurant three chances to be fair.
The room was great but too close to music, so if you have noise sensitive children keep in mind that night life is alive when your little ones are sleeping.

The staff were helpful to name Lilly and Agatha at the reception. The cleaners did an excellent job cleaning our room everyday. There are a lot of choices for breakfast and dinner. The stairways are clean and shining.
The lifts has to stop on all floors even if no one there waiting. Can hear banging of doors from our room.

Nicely situated, close to the beach and shopping.
A bit run down, feels like it make up is needed.
Blend food, but good selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, but mehhh. Had no warm water in the shower the first day, took 4 times before they managed to fix it, super frustrating as it’s needed to take a shower after a full day of traveling. Had to wait for the next morning (no compensation)
Pricy room for the standard, worn down in places, but otherwise no complaints on the room it self.
Would not pay 7000sek for 4 nights stay at this hotel again
