Everything was wonderful.

The room was great apart from the super heavy door for the toilet/shower, but the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
What let us down was the employees, in particular the bar employees. I was in the bathroom near the bar and I saw the older blonde lady bartender come out of the toilet and didn’t wash her hands. One of the bar staff made us 2 very bad bloody Mary’s. When we complained Omar refused to refund us (told us the card machine was not able to refund) and told us he was doing us a favour letting us choose another cocktail. He insisted that’s what a Bloody Mary should taste like and that it was made correctly, however, they were not made right and tasted awful. In the end they agreed to make us 2 bikins as we paid €14 for 2 bloody Mary’s that tasted like ketchup with way too much lime. They were probably the worst bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had in my life. If it’s on the menu the bar staff should know how to make every drink they offer. The breakfast was average, fresh fruit juices would have made it better. Also the cooked breakfast was cold and stale under the heat lamps. This was a shame for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast time, Carlos at the door was rude which was a shame as the lady on reception was wonderful and welcoming.
