Location, pools, evening entertainment.
Aircon could have been more powerful. Extra charges for safe, towel hire etc. Room not being serviced daily - wasn’t aware this was the case for apartments.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was amazing,drinks was good, overall food was really good. Swimming pool was perfect for kids. Animation was brilliant.
I didn't like the queue to the bar. Definitely too much people for one bar opened. We waited 2hrs for room check in, after long journey with the kids that shouldn't happened.
Also the food plates didn't fill 45min before closing lunch or dinner.
