The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean.
Very good value for money
The music from the hotel and the neighbouring hotel were so loud so don’t expect to sleep until they stop at midnight
Very friendly staff at the reception but the breakfast restaurant staff were very rude (specifically behind the egg station).

Excellent breakfast & diner good as well! The room wa comfortable and with nice view to the swimming pool.
Very good location and close to the disco. The beach was just across the road. Shopping area for souvenirs just nearby.

The food options offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner are so good. Enjoyed everytime. Lunch and dinner are the killers ;) Paella, fish and meat dishes grilled and cooked were my favourites. Thank you for the extra kiiiiiilos.
The staff

Food&Beverage staff were superb and always around.
Room cleaning service is very good, friendly staff. Cleaning team staff were always visible in the hotel.
Front desk staff are friendly. No issues with the check-in process. Always staffed. Especially that guy that speaks Dutch as well. His personal approach is very appreciated and should be noticed.

In my opinion, the hotel is located at the more interesting and better side of Santa Susanna, bordering Malgrat de Mar.
Plenty of food options, also the restaurant Aruma in front of the hotel is good.
Large shopping area with a Carrefour is at walking distance.
Hotel is a bit away from the Santa Susanna train station but within walking distance (900m).
