Nice hotel, close to the sea, rooms and pool zone are very comfortable.
They do not provide a launch box if you leave the hotel too early.

Communal areas and swimming pool kept very clean
No process to prevent people hogging the jacuzzi and also underaged unsupervised children.
Shower head in room chrome was flaking, wife cut her finger while adjusting the shower head.
Toilet brush holder dirty and fridge was also not clean inside.
No dirt bin in the room when we arrived.
Complimentary coffee would have been appreciated in the room.

Room was clean, nice decoration, balcony,
On arrival manager of the hotel told us to pay for 2 children even though children in certain age are for free. The lady from the service argued about it and said that I have to explain it with booking.com in the morning. I was very anxious about it because it was almost midnight and we were tired. In the morning, booking.com explaied that they don't have right to charge me more for kids. It turned out, I was right. The hotel wanted me to pay for something I shouldn't have. The manager, who told me to pay for the children, didn't even apologize to me, although I passed her several times at the hotel.
Strange rules in the pool: you can play a ball once and then you can't. Generally, this hotel is probably not family-friendly, as it is forbidden for children to play ball in a pool. This is not a hotel: adults only so I don't understand why they forbade the game. Maybe they wanted the kids to get out of the pool and go to the beach? Then the staff will have less work :(
