Very comfortable decent sized room. Helpful staff at desk although I missed the warm welcome one normally gets when arriving at a hotel.
While the bathroom was a very good size with a nice walk in shower, I could not understand why they installed such a small shower head which, combined with low water pressure, resulted in a less than satisfactory shower.
Dinner could have been a lot better. A number of items from the menu were not available which surprised us at around 7.00pm on a Thursday night. And we felt the kitchen underperformed with the food we did receive which was also slow in coming.
Breakfast was very good.

The only option for any Prosecco was English sparkling wine, which was £45 a bottle! Found it a bit pricey. No cheaper option sadly. And as it was for my mums surprise birthday and also two of my close friends 70th birthdays we were disappointed.

We had a room that looked into a carpark which was obviously not ideal as we couldn’t draw the curtains.
