Bed & bedding was good quality. Accessible room was spacious.
No mention of Edinburgh levy at check-in which is 5% of the value of the room. Breakfast area was part of a thoroughfare from lifts to reception. Plates weren’t cleared often enough at breakfast. Breakfast selection was good but poor attention to detail, fresh fruit salad placed between cold meats & cheese & boiled eggs. Hot buffet was lukewarm & only semi-skimmed milk available. no biscuits on hospitality tray on room & no hair conditioner. Hairs & stains on sofa bed. For £259 p/n I consider this very poor value & less than mediocre.

The breakfast was good, the staff at the breakfast section were really friendly
I reached at 10 pm , there was no one to help us get our luggage to the room , I struggled with my daughter to push the trolley to our room as on carpeted corridor , the wheels were getting stuck
I come from Dubai where I always experience a royal service for clients , Maybe in Edinburgh it’s different
