Excellent breakfast
The front desk staff was curt as best and rude at worst. We had to park a block away and there was a charge for parking.

Good equipments
Unhelpful with luggages.
I was contacting the customer service to guard my luggage for a few hours. So, I would be able to hang around in the city. Even paying some fee for luggage storage was fine. However, I completely got no reply.

I loved the this hotel it was very quiet , clean and a great location in central Koblenz . Our stay was very short but I would definitely recommend hotel brenner .
Only one little niggle , we were promised private garage parking for our beloved lambrettas but on arrival this wasn’t available .
