We booked a room with a balcony and we were so glad we did! The view from the balcony was spectacular! (Photos below).The furnishing in the room are old fashioned but in good order. We had a massive bath/jacuzzi in our room with was amazing! Bathroom and Room were a great size. Plenty of parking in the underground garage. Swimming pool nice and relaxing and clean. Very relaxing area beside the Rhine with plenty of paths for walking or cycling. During the day there is a ferry crossing the Rhine to Koblenz.

Service at the bar was very slow, hotel a bit tired in places

Trains passing by every 5-10 mins at night and staff on arrival was not friendly.

Easy check-in. Staff very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was a mixture of modern and period decor. The views to the Rhine were amazing.

Everything was fine.

The cocktails were super tasty, breakfast amazing as well. The beds were comfy, the view was good and the staff was nice! The location was good, and nice that you could rent electrical scooters from the entrance of the hotel.

The water from the showers was not flushing away that good, the water in the pool was quite cold, we would say a bit too cold. And the last thing was that in our room, we could hear the complete conversation of our neighbours, but, the hotel provides earplugs which makes it better!

the rumbling sound of the trains passing by was very disturbing :( the room was missing curtains, the double doors would close one at a time, both can’t be closed at the same time the heating didn’t work

Pillow and bed left much to be desired. We got a queen bed, but it was two single mattresses put together without a topper. There was always a gap in the middle.

Very very old-fashioned, room smells strange, service was poor en room much too expensive. The pictures on site are not the reality. Will never go there again
