Loved the views
Alot of construction in the area, blocka walking track. The towells were very thin & worn, not impressed. Lighting was poor in the middle of the room. Pool windows need a wash.

Hotel in almost the center of Koblenz next to Festung Ehrenbreitstein, free parking, very good breakfast and quiet area.

We had a large room with a balcony and view across the river
No air conditioning. Cold water pool, no towels, old, unrefurbished. No directions as to where the pool was and staff did not know.
Dining room staff ignored us one night, left sitting for an hour without a menu then, after ordering, the main course arrived, no entree. They had forgotten. No replacement. A strange robot spookily drove around the dining room. We were charged for drinks that we thought we had paid cash for.
The staff were mostly new and had no idea as to where anything was. Unhelpful, no suggestions as to what to see, where to go, how to catch a bus into town which was across the river. As we had paid for a week there, it became very expensive to go to town for 5.50Euro p.p. each way.
