The staff on arrival were very good helping us with all we needed including parking - location is good if you like a walk as it’s about 20 mins from the city centre - the room had a terrace and overlooked the river which was a bonus.
Rooms are dated although they are clean and comfortable- great to have a kettle in the room and would have been even better if there was a cup as well.

Lovely big room and my room was overlooking the river. Very clean. Had a corner bath and a walk in shower as well.

Great spacious room. Perfect location for walking along the riverside.
The coffee was terrible, but the tea selection was good. Breakfast overall was basic and not very enjoyable.
