Lovely and clean hotel. Close to the town and underground parking was just over the road. The staff were very friendly,

Lovely and clean. Very dear gentleman on reception when we checked in late at night. He was very polite and friendly.

Nothing much, the mattress rolled a little to the side and was very soft Mike a marshmallow that I sunk into. 😀

A lovely hotel in a great location, with a very friendly welcome and kind staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the location perfect.

Location, very central, short walk to the centre of the town and railway station. Breakfast was spot on! 🙂👍

Loud street noise, sleepless night

Location was walking distance from where KD boat dropped off and close to historic sights. Breakfast was good and staff serving breakfast was great.

Room was on street side near crosswalk. No soundproofing or it was ineffective. We could easily hear cars, pedestrians, and even the crosswalk signal. Being right on a busy bus route made it loud inside the room. Small bathroom. Toilet so close to wall that we had to sit on toilet at an angle. Room also next to door to the breakfast room so we could hear everyone walking/talking down hallway in the morning on their way to breakfast. Not enough of heavy curtains to cover windows—no blackout blinds. Asked to change room but was told hotel was sold out. Front desk provided ear plugs but ear plugs not effective enough to cover the sound. Recommend to request a room away from street and on a separate floor from breakfast room.

Pleasant.

After our stay in several unpersonal hotels in Germany, even sometimes with no staff at all , this was really an hotel as an hotel should be. With high hospitality , to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Parking: covered parking place is around the corner; to make use of a reduce rate you first have to pick up an entrance card for the P at the hotel. And when leaving the P you have to use the same card (аnd afterwards the card has to be brought back to the hotel.) The parking costs has to be paid at the hotel.

A delightful stay

We enjoyed a comfortable room, and loved the breakfast with a generous buffet. The location is excellent for access to the city for business and for tourism. The staff were very friendly and professional, and gave excellent advice in response to our questions.

Very good

The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was in a good location. We will stop there again when we are in the area next.

Koblenz itself was a bit of a let down, getting food of an evening was difficult if you hadn't booked a table in advance, and it felt cramped, Trier was much better.

Rather pendatic and pointless covid rules on timed breakfast but otherwise all good

better understanding /explanation of the parking arrangements , not major but we end up paying slightly more in the public car park

good location and clean room and friendly receptionist

we had to book a breakfast slot. We booked 8- 8.50 am. When we arrived at 8.05 our greeting was that we were late! very unfriendly man which meant breakfast was not a relaxing experience. Also our room overlooked the air conditioning unit. ask for one with a street view

It was great. I would stay there again.

The room was comfortable and a good size. They gave us a breakfast time so that there were not too many people in the room at the same time. Great German breakfast. The location allowed us to walk to all of our destinations.

An older hotel that has been modernized. I'd stay here again.

Good location for sightseeing. Not too far from railway station. Really friendly staff.

Great Stay

We loved everything about Trierer Hof. Easy walking from train, central to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend including breakfast in your stay.

I would recommend it to anyone.

The property was clean, the rooms were efficient, the staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast was fresh and invitingly delicious. The location was perfect for accessing the old town and the Rhine and Mosel. many good restaurants close by.

The shower was slippery and I would have liked a shelf for soap and shampoo.
