Location is good. Not far from highway. We stayed during our trip to Italy. They provided us a portable air conditioner and electric kettle at room.
Hotel never mentioned rooms are airco but I believe to meet their guests comfort & hospitality they provided by default.
Lot of EV charging points including bonus Tesla Destination Charging point
Airco can be fitted better. It was quite noisy. For light sleepers it can be a problem.

Great room! Bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was really nice and varied. Friendly staff.
The bed was very narrow, the room was advertised as ‘1 extra large double bed’ (180+cm width) and in reality it was 140 or 160 cm, so nowhere close to the described size. Unfortunately we didn’t have a good nights sleep due to this.
