Ik zal hier niet terug komen.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk bij het inchecken, zolang alles goed gaan zijn ze zeer positief, wanneer er iets minder loopt zijn ze zeer passief. De locatie is met de metro goed bereikbaar.

Ik lag op een kamer naast luidruchtige mensen die op hun kamer rookten. Ik heb de receptie gebeld en die geloofden mij eerst niet omdat ze zeggen dat dan het rookalarm af zou moeten gaan. Na aandringen dat er iemand naar boven moest komen is er uiteindelijk iemand op de deur gaan kloppen bij mijn buren. Er werd niet opgedaan alleen af en toe geschreeuwd dat de jongen weg moest gaan, wat hij uiteindelijk ook deed. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik zwanger ben en het erg onprettig vond om in deze rooklucht te moeten slapen, maar er werd niets meer mee gedaan. Het hotel zit vol met dit soort types, veel luidruchtige Britten met een borrel te veel op. Ook viel de hygiene erg tegen en ziet het hotel er minder fraai uit dan op de foto's.

Nice place , close to Metro, restaurants, the Sea port and the beach. Staff was excellent and breakt

Everything except, the receptacle to charge my phone. Staff was amazing. Have stayed there three times before. The room they gave us this time, only had one receptacle to charge my phone in the bathroom and the other was behind my my pillow so everytime I moved at night, the phone would get disconnected. Plus it is dangerous having this receptacle behind my head while I slept.

It sufficed for a short business trip but I wouldn’t be rushing to book again.

Good location. My room was on the fifth floor and had a terrace which was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was generally clean but it was tired and in need of an update. The toilet had a constant drip and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly which was a little irritating and the grouting around the bathroom was in need of a deep clean. Breakfast was disappointing.

Decent hotel

Spacious room and bathroom. Good location to explore the city.

I stayed in room 110 which is just overlooking the main street below from the first floor. I would highly recommend bringing some earplugs as it is a busy street at night.

Parallel hotel again and again!

The breakfast was good with a lot of things to choose! A good start for the day! The staff was great and friendly! Check in and check out was very quick! The room was ok, the bath big enough and the bed very comfortable! The hotel is 2 stops from La Rambla (Liceu) away. The metro is only 1 minute away from the hotel!!

good value for money

Location is excellent. The staff is very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Security is good as you have to use the door card to get the lift go up.

The walls are like paper, you can here everything next door, I suggest good earplugs.

Perfectly serviceable. We got a good room with a little outdoor balcony type thing, very pleasant. Not a luxury stay but a nice hotel and amazing location, could walk practically everywhere.

That I was unable to get agreement for reimbursement when airlibe bumped me next day flight (lost 1st of 2 nights' stays). Also, very skinny bed.

The room was clean and spacious, even with two separate beds. Great location, close to the old town, Montjuic Park and the beach. We walked to all the tourist attractions, but you could also take the bus or metro. The staff was very friendly!

Disappointed

I've stayed before and I have been very happy. On previous occasions I have had a lower floor room facing the street that have been cheaper and far bigger. This room was on the top floor and faced internally. The lower street facing rooms are definitely better. I stay here as the location suits. The daily room service, bathroom shower cleaning, bed making and towel change was excellent. Bed and pillows clean. Internet good on top floor. Not so good on lower floors.

The room was dirty. The floor sticky. The curtains and windows were disgusting and covered in filth. Bathroom was clean. The daily room service was excellent. Bed and pillows clean thank goodness. The room was far more expensive as high season, but a smaller room and bathroom than on previous occasions, and the standard was much lower. Noise from apartments around was awful with someone playing techno music at 3am one night. A real disappointment really. I paid in advance so had no recourse.
